one of the first questions we ask new clients is do they have a logo

A logo is a visual representation of your business and we want to create one which stands out from the crowd.
We will guide you through the branding process, to help create a brief for our designers so they are aware of what your business is trying to portray. The more information we can give the designers the sooner they will get to your preferred logo.

Whilst you don’t have to do the designing legwork we will require you to do a bit of homework in order to get to the desired effect quicker. At the end of the day we want to create a logo which reflects you and your business. If there are a few of you on the team this might call for a team meeting (you may have to bribe people with chocolates and biscuits to attend) to really ensure that everyone shares the same vision and understanding of the businesses personality.

a few things to start thinking about;

Name of the company
This one may sound a bit silly, but do you want options of different names? Acronyms or abbreviations may work well if the company name is very long.

Brief background on you
If we haven’t met before we will spend a bit of time getting to know you and the background of your business and how it was created. It may be that you are a new business or just looking for a refresh of your current branding.

Do you want a tagline as part of your logo?
Some tagline examples are - just do it, and I’m loving it. I’m sure you can guess those ones. A tag line is a catchphrase which backs up your marketing message.

How do you want your clients to feel?
Relaxed/ In good hands/ Excited/ Energetic / Valued/ Special / Reassured

Do you have any colours you like or more importantly dislike?
Colours can be tweaked through out the process, but it is best to see your logo in the preferred colours early on so you don’t discount a logo too soon. We can also help choose complimentary colours for the rest of your brand.

Have a think about which types of logos you like

There are many different logo styles.

1. Monogram

4. Abstract

2. Wordmarks

5. Mascots

7. The emblem

3. Pictorial

6. The combination

Do you want an emblem in your logo? If so do you have any imagery that clearly portrays what you do?

We also know the power of the unexpected so we will always ask if you want us to throw in a Wild Card Logo too!

For our logos we offer 4- 6 logo choices with some variations and we offer two rounds of amendments,  so we can tweak any logos you like.

Have a look at some of the recent logos we have created

As I mentioned we will guide you through the whole process and create something you can’t wait to show off!
