OUR journey
Design in the Shires was created by husband and wife team Ben and Jess, who grew up together in the beautiful countryside of Worcestershire and Herefordshire. Alongside Ben’s brother Ali, we grew from working in our spare room, to securing a stunning office that enjoys the scenic views of the Malvern Hills, at Malvern Hills Science Park.
Over the last few years we have been lucky enough to expand our fabulous team even further. We are so proud to work with the people in our DITS team, they truly are specialists in their fields. Their expertise and work ethic is what makes DITS tick. Not only are they incredibly talented, but they share our ethos and values, as well as our sense of humour!
We are proud to have built a website design and marketing agency that genuinely puts our clients first. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the DITS team at work helping our clients grow their businesses. As a team we only ever strive for the best, we are always looking to learn and develop our skills. Most importantly, we always have fun whilst doing it!
