The Project
Overview
FPC Group (Finney’s Property Contractors Limited) is a trusted, family-run building contractor group providing a complete range of professional property services, including roofing, scaffolding, driveway resurfacing, and home renovations. Operating across Worcestershire, Herefordshire, and Gloucestershire, known locally as the Three Counties, they approached us to consolidate their four specialist divisions under one strong, professional brand identity.
The key challenge was to design and build four individual, high-performance websites while ensuring the entire group structure felt cohesive, credible, and locally focused. Our brief was to create a unified digital platform, complete with supporting print collateral, that clearly communicated FPC Group’s commitment to quality assurance, family values, and local expertise.
What We Delivered
Our project encompassed a full digital and print solution. We designed and developed four separate, responsive websites for their core divisions: Roofing, Renovations, Resurfacing, and Scaffolding. Crucially, these sites were built with a common aesthetic, shared brand assets, and a consistent structural framework, ensuring a seamless user experience when customers moved between the various services.
In addition to the websites, we created a professional print flyer and brochure. This collateral translates the new clean, reliable brand identity into a physical format, ensuring complete consistency across both digital and traditional marketing channels. The entire digital platform was strategically optimised to highlight FPC Group's deep roots and service coverage across the Three Counties, reinforcing their reputation as the local contractor of choice.
Tone & Approach
Our design approach was centred on Professional Trust and Local Reliability.
We moved away from generic contractor visuals, opting for clean, structured minimalism in the design. This reflects the high standards and professionalism inherent in FPC Group’s property work. A consistent tone of voice and common navigation were applied across all four websites, which was vital for communicating reliability and reducing potential confusion for the homeowner.
Every element was focused on creating a scalable digital platform where each specialist service could perform brilliantly in its own right, whilst drawing authority and brand recognition from the credibility of the overarching FPC Group.
The Results
The successful delivery of the four websites and the print flyer has provided FPC Group with a robust and modern digital footprint that accurately reflects their position as a leading, quality-assured property contractor in the region.
The new design strengthens brand cohesion, ensuring the unified look and feel clearly communicates that all four divisions belong to the same trusted family-run group. The professional, clear design also enhances the firm’s credibility by reinforcing their accreditations (like Which? Trusted Trader) and their two decades of experience. Ultimately, the improved user journey allows homeowners to easily find the exact service they require, whilst building confidence in the FPC brand as a whole, positioning the Group for continued growth within the Three Counties.
